The Good, The Bad and the Real Fake Queen

Day 1: The good. We’ve been asked to deliver a film to promote World Congress 2010. The event takes place from 16 - 19 June 2010 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London.
Day 2,3 and 4: Thinking. Thinking about the audience. Thinking about how the film will be used. Creative team are excited about Hi Def aerial footage of the city, tracking graphics onto signposts so everywhere points to the event location, Gaz likes the style of the intro sequence to Jools Holland’s Later show. And just like that, the Queen was on her way to the event in the back of a London cab with Jerusalem playing in the background.

iceni Does the International Double

iceni is delighted to announce that our work for Creative Partnerships, Mediabox and the Association of Town Centre Management has received recognition from the US International Film and Video Festival.
Winning the Gold Camera Award in the ‘Internet Programming: Virals Production’ category is a film featuring the real fake Queen of England.

The viral was created to promote the Association of Town Centre Management’s World Congress event in 2010 to an international audience.
In the ‘Social Issues’ and Education category, iceni received the Certificate for Creative Excellence for the film ‘Normals.’ The educational film was produced for George Salter Collegiate Academy, funded by Mediabox and Creative Partnerships and devised by 24 young people aged between 13 and 16.
